Each entry lists the activity title first, followed by the frequency of offering, usual time and location of the activity (the first digit in the room number usually indicates the floor on which it is located), and a telephone number for more information. The address of each building indicated follows:

A mandatory sign-in sheet is used to document attendance. If your name is not pre-printed on the sign-in sheet please print it neatly followed by your mailing address and signature.
